OfficeMSDS® is dedicated to protecting the information that you provide us. This information is used solely to manage your account and to provide a custom “log-in” page that displays your company’s MSDS contact information. No one has access to this information except for the users of your account.

We only require your company’s standard contact information (name, address, phone and fax numbers) for entry into the database. We also ask for the name and email address of the MSDS contact administrator so that anyone logging in to your account knows who to contact for more information regarding a particular MSDS document. This is a private database application and no one has access to your information except for those individuals that are given the username and password for your account. As a private database application, your MSDS documents and other information are NOT available to the general public.

As an option, you may designate a location and department that is associated with each MSDS. This is not required information. This information is used solely for you to be able to look up and sort MSDS documents by location and/or department.

If you desire to give your customers access (third party users) to your MSDS account so that they can search and view product MSDS documents, we will need to know which MSDS documents are for your products. All other MSDS documents (raw materials, R&D, cleaning materials, etc.) will not be available to third party users.

We may from time to time email and/or fax you information pertinent to your account or for promotional purposes.

We may use statistical software to track site and "log-in" usage so that we have a better understanding of our client’s usage of the site.
