There is no charge for faxing you a copy of an MSDS, for support services, MSDS archiving, for the use of our MSDS dictionary, or for free downloads of our safety programs. |

Pricing is based on a two-year minimum subscription that is paid after your MSDS documents are on-line. |

If you want your paper MSDS documents back after we scan them, we will charge you the actual shipping and or postage cost plus $0.25 per MSDS document. Note: There is no need or requirement to have your original MSDS documents returned to you. Once the MSDS documents are online, you have met OSHA's requirements. However, if you truly would like them returned to you, we do charge a the referenced handling fee. |

If you desire a back-up copy of your scanned MSDS documents in electronic format on a CD, we will charge you $0.25 per scanned document plus a one-time $250.00 set-up fee. This archive will only include the scanned MSDS image file which can be viewed but cannot be imported into a database. Please note that we expend a significant amount of time and effort in scanning and indexing your documents for easy retrieval. Providing you with a complete database that is searchable would negate our services and basically allow clients to use our services as a free scanning and indexing service. If you would like your own database extract that you can manage on your own computer or intra-company network, please contact us and we will be glad to provide you with a proposal to provide you with your own database. |

If requested, custom database fields specific to your particular data needs can be developed for access on our website. All customized database development services are billed at $125.00 per hour and a cost proposal can be provided before implementing work. If you are satisfied for the time being with the current database fields you see when you log in as a guest, then there are no development costs at all. |
